The second zip file contains a WAD file and a readme inside. I clicked on the download icon on the Source forge page and then it downloaded a zip file named "Wii_Official_Channel_(17blocks_forwarder_rev09_SMGX).zip". I already had the Homebrew Channel before trying this. Once I removed it from the SD card it solved the problem. When I included the "HBC_SetUp_R127.zip" file into my SD card the Wii was unable to read any of the files on my SD card for anything. It included a: boot.dol, meta.xml, and an icon.png with an image of SaveGame Manager GX. When I clicked on a link that brought me to Source forges's page it automatically downloaded a ZIP file named "HBC_SetUp_R127.zip" so I opened it.
